He Finally Popped the Question

He finally asked! :) It's official ladies and gents, I am an engaged woman. So. I'm sure you're all just DYING to know the story. Here's how it goes. Earlier this week I was bugging Tristan about going to talk to the jeweler because I was so nervous about the fact that our wedding is in exactly 7 weeks from today. Little did I know, he had actually gone and talked to them earlier that day. He played along like a perfectly good boyfriend and was like "I know, I know, I just haven't had time... I'll go in tomorrow..." Well, yesterday he asked me if I would come see him on campus after I got off work but before his class because he had to work 3-midnight tonight. I agreed because a half an hour on campus is better than not seeing him at all. As I am walking up to the TSC, he calls me and tells me he ran into one of my good friends and that I should head back over towards Old Main to chat with them. Apparently, in my rush to get to the TSC I had actually walked by a huge group of them over on the True Aggie A. As I'm walking back I can see Tristan in a suit, with a rose, a group of some of our best friends, and rose petals scattered around. And OF COURSE I started tearing up. He pulls me up on the A and kneels down and asks if I'll marry him. AND I SAID YES! :D This is exactly the proposal I have been hoping for and I'm so so so happy! I love this boy so much. He knows the exact right things to do and say to make sure there is always a smile on my face. I also just wanted to send a big huge THANK YOU!!!!! to all of our friends that took pictures and helped him with this. You made this girl one VERY happy FIANCÉ!!!
